If you use the try-on studio, your photograph is sent to us, used once to generate a single try-on image, and then discarded. We do not keep the photograph you uploaded, and neither it nor the result is used to train any model.

The try-on image that comes back is saved to your account, under Your account, My fittings, so you can look at it again. It is readable by you and by nobody else: not other customers, and not our own staff. Delete any of them from that page and the picture and its record both go, permanently. Close your account and they go with it.

We will not publish your photograph, use it in marketing, or show it to anyone outside the handful of people who keep the service running. If you want written confirmation that nothing of yours is held, email us and you will get it.

The try-on itself runs on Google Cloud rather than on our own machines, so your photograph leaves Australia for the few seconds it takes to generate the image. Neither Google nor we keep the photograph you uploaded; the finished try-on is held in our own storage, in your account.

So that one person cannot run the studio all day at our expense, we count how many try-ons come from a device. To do that we store a one-way hash of your IP address and browser, never the address itself, alongside a number. It cannot be turned back into you and it is used for nothing else.

The size tool runs entirely in your browser. Your height, weight, age and measurements are not sent to us, not stored, and not visible to us at any point. Close the tab and they are gone.

To send you a parcel we need a name, an address, a contact number and a payment. We keep order records for as long as Australian tax law requires and no longer than that.

Your address goes to the courier carrying your parcel, and nowhere else. We do not sell customer data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Under the Australian Privacy Act you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will answer within a few days, not a few weeks.
