If you use the try-on studio, your photograph is sent to us, used once to generate a single try-on image, and then discarded. We do not keep the original, we do not keep the result, and neither is used to train any model.

We will not publish your photograph, use it in marketing, or show it to anyone outside the handful of people who keep the service running. If you want written confirmation that nothing of yours is held, email us and you will get it.

The try-on itself runs on Google Cloud rather than on our own machines, so your photograph leaves Australia for the few seconds it takes to generate the image. It is not stored at either end.

So that one person cannot run the studio all day at our expense, we count how many try-ons come from a device. To do that we store a one-way hash of your IP address and browser, never the address itself, alongside a number. It cannot be turned back into you and it is used for nothing else.

The size tool runs entirely in your browser. Your height, weight, age and measurements are not sent to us, not stored, and not visible to us at any point. Close the tab and they are gone.

To send you a parcel we need a name, an address, a contact number and a payment. We keep order records for as long as Australian tax law requires and no longer than that.

Your address goes to the courier carrying your parcel, and nowhere else. We do not sell customer data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Under the Australian Privacy Act you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will answer within a few days, not a few weeks.
