If it is not right

Returns and exchanges
30 days to decide
Change-of-mind returns are accepted when unworn, in the original pouch, with the seal and hallmark certificate intact. You cover the return postage.
Free size exchange
If the size missed, we collect the first piece from your door and send the right one at no cost.
We pay return postage
On anything faulty or not as described, always, and we would rather you told us than quietly kept it.
Refunded to how you paid
After the return is received and checked, the item price goes back to the original payment method. Original delivery is not refunded for a change of mind.
Made-to-order is final
Pieces cut to your measurements cannot be returned for a change of mind. Your Australian Consumer Law rights still apply if something is faulty or not as described.
