Common questions
How fast can I actually get it?
Within 2 business days of ordering, to any address in Australia. Regional and remote postcodes can add a day or two.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
No, and that is deliberate. A retail lease in Sydney would increase the price of every piece. Our studio is a dispatch space, not a showroom.
How long does a made-to-order piece take?
Two to six weeks depending on the piece. A made-to-order lunswan or a full bridal set can take longer, and we will say so before you pay anything.
What materials are used?
Materials are listed on every product page. If you need more detail about a particular piece, send us a message before ordering.
