Before you ask
Common questions
How fast can I actually get it?
In Sydney, within two hours of ordering if you order before 7pm. Anywhere else in Australia, next day. Regional and remote postcodes add a day or two.
What if it is not what I hoped?
Return it free within 30 days, unworn and sealed as it arrived, and we collect it from your door. Bangles are the one thing worth measuring for first, and we will talk you through it.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
No, and that is deliberate. A retail lease in Sydney would come straight out of what we pay the makers. Our studio is a dispatch space, not a showroom.
How long does a made-to-order piece take?
Two to six weeks depending on the piece. A made-to-order lunswan or a full bridal set can take longer, and we will say so before you pay anything.
Is the gold hallmarked?
Every gold piece is hallmarked and comes with a certificate stating carat and weight. You are welcome to have it independently tested.
